We are a purpose-built 112 bed hospital providing warm, caring and professional care services. Cahercalla Care has joined a clinical partnership with Mowlam Healthcare to provide the highest level of care for residents in the communities we serve. Together our compassionate teams of skilled professionals deliver a patient-centred approach to care, develop personal relationships with each resident and ensure quality care in the homely environment Cahercalla provides.
We pride ourselves on personalised care plans tailored to meet the needs of each of our residents whether you are staying with us on a residential basis or just for a short period of convalescence time.
Supporting the Director of Nursing our home has a dedicated team of staff nurses, senior healthcare assistants, healthcare assistants, activity coordinator, social care practitioner, allied healthcare professionals and ancillary staff, who’s focus is to enhance the lives of the elderly residents in their care.

We encourage residents to live full, active lives through engaging activities tailored to their preferences.
Our activity coordinators create weekly schedules featuring music, exercise, gardening, social gatherings, and more, offering support that enriches body, mind, and spirit. Residents can pursue personal hobbies or join group activities in communal spaces.
