Welcome to Kilbarry Care Centre a modern purpose built home designed specifically for the needs of our residents, 24 hours a day. We have a very caring team who work diligently to make everyone feel at home.

This 90 bed Care Centre is located at Carrigea Crescent, Kilbarry
Our home-from-home is staffed by an exceptional team of compassionate nurses, senior carers and care assistants, whose focus is to enhance the lives of the residents in our care. Each bedroom provides a comfortable and personal environment for both short-term recuperation or as a place to make your home. Residents’ bedrooms are just as important as our communal spaces in fostering a sense of home.
Supporting the Director of Nursing each home has a dedicated team of staff nurses, senior healthcare assistants, healthcare assistants, activity coordinator, social care practitioner, allied healthcare professionals and ancillary staff, who’s focus is to enhance the lives of the elderly residents in their care.

We work hard to promote our residents’ health and well-being, encouraging them to live full, active, and independent lives.
Our activities team creates weekly group and individual schedules tailored to residents’ needs and interests, such as live music, exercise, games, gardening, social events, pampering, and outings.

Nutrition and Dietary Health
- We pride ourselves on the quality of our food that is all home made by our excellent and experienced team of cooks and chefs.
- We only use the finest, fresh ingredients and all meals are nutritionally balanced and freshly prepared daily.
- Residents are consulted on a regular basis with regard to fresh additions to the menu. Residents’ choice guides everything we do.
