Mowlam Healthcare has partnered with award-winning Irish software firm YellowSchedule, for the rollout of its custom Family Visit Scheduling Portal, a simple and intuitive system for enabling named family members to schedule their visits to their loved ones after months of distressing visitor restrictions. We are easing the visitor restrictions in some of our nursing homes from Monday, 15th June, in accordance with guidelines issued by Public Health.
Having navigated our way through what have been unprecedented times and with the wonderful efforts of our frontline Mowlam Heroes, we continue to prepare for our ‘new normal’ at Mowlam Healthcare.
The sacrifices that our residents, families and friends have had to make to ensure the wellbeing of all those within our homes has no doubt been painful and emotional. Not seeing our loved ones for this lengthy period has not been easy on any of us but be assured that the Mowlam team have been working selflessly in ensuring that life has continued as normal for your loved ones.
Our preparation over the past number of weeks in easing visitor restrictions in some of our homes is finally being implemented from Monday next. We are delighted to welcome back our families and also delighted that our residents will again be seeing and talking to the people that mean the most to them.
Please bear with us as we start this journey of reopening visiting and with your cooperation, we can continue to keep our residents and teams safe. Each of our homes is following the advice of Public Health.

Yellow Schedule allows flexibility and ease of management for our homes to maintaining a visitor schedule, and this visitor record will also serve to assist with all important contact tracing and infection control.
